Moloa’a Bay Coffee – Our Original Estate Kaua’i Coffee

Our coffee cherries are hand-picked, and we offer two processing methods: dry method and washed coffee.

Washed Coffee

Our Moloa‘a Bay Coffee is prepared following these steps: the coffee skins are removed (pulped), the skinned beans are soaked in water where enzymes loosen the sticky fruit pulp or mucilage (fermented), after which the mucilage is washed off the beans.
