100% pure Kauaʻi chocolate! Now you can enjoy our Moloaʻa Bay Chocolate in its simplest form - freshly roasted whole beans still intact in their shell. Our roasted cacao beans have a tangy, intense chocolate flavor (warning - can be addictive!), and have anti-aging antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and fiber, among many other benefits.
To eat, gently crack the shell (like a peanut) to remove the roasted cacao inside and set the shell aside to compost or make an infused cacao shell drink. The roasted cacao can be used to crumble over ice cream, add to smoothies or trail mix, brew with your coffee - the possibilities are endless!
Our cacao is hand-picked at our Moloaʻa Bay farm, then fermented, sun-dried, roasted, and packaged at our solar powered facility in Kapaʻa.
