Have you ever heard of National Coffee Day? International Coffee Day? Regardless, we at Moloa'a Bay Coffee won't turn down an opportunity to celebrate a day dedicated to coffee. Mention you saw this post, and we'll give you a free cup of coffee at the KCC Farmer's Market on Saturday, October 1st!

  • According to the intergovernmental International Coffee Organization, October 1, 2015 was the "first official" International Coffee Day. So if you've never heard of it, don't worry, you're only a year late!
  • It turns out that the U.S. is not at the top of the list of coffee consumers, that honor goes to Finland. The U.S. came in 25th place!
  • According to data collected by market research provider Euromonitor International, on average, each person in Finland consumed 9.9 kilograms (21.8 pounds) of coffee in 2014. Americans consumed 3.1 kilograms (6.8 pounds).
